PCFL V JV Minor at Truman

Dear PCFL Friends:
Our next PFCL tournament is scheduled for Friday, December 18, 2015. Special thanks to Tom and Carl for hosting us at Harry S. Truman High School. This is a PCFL tournament for PCFL member schools. This is a PCFL minor tournament (no awards/certificates) – we will offer both varsity and junior varsity levels of competition. Registration fees are $1 per student.
Registration is via Tabroom.com and is due by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 16, 2015. No exceptions!

Pizza orders: prices to be firmed up by Tom. Snacks and drinks will be available for students to purchase.

Topics
Both divisions of Lincoln-Douglas will use the November-December national topic. Both divisions of Public Forum will use the December national topic.
Congress
Congressional debate in the varsity house will start with bill number 1. The junior varsity house will pick up with bill number 10.
Judges
Each team is required to fulfill their judging quotas as follows:
- One speech judge covers up to five speech/congress entries;
- One Lincoln-Douglas judge covers up to two LD entries;
- One policy judge covers up to two policy entries;
- One public forum judge covers up to two PFD entries.
